This training is about theory and practice of intercultural relationships in a challenging environment. During the course, latest findings in the theory of cultural studies are illustrated with applied examples and individual coaching to understand the main aspects of intercultural communication and how to apply them during international missions. How are differences perceived and how can the change of perspective help to improve the quality of communication?

The training applies methods where former experiences of participants will relate to new input to improve the individual learning capacity. Participants will feel more comfortable when dealing with intercultural situations and are therefore able to fully concentrate on their international missions.
